Terms of Service

Protograms is a social discovery platform where builders showcase AI tools and explorers discover, try, and engage with them. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

The Service may display or link to third-party websites, prototypes, and tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their practices.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep that information current.

You may not create an account for another person without permission, impersonate another person or entity, or use the Service for automated, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Protograms, including products, media, descriptions, and feedback (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Protograms a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content
• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful or disruptive code or behavior
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service

Users may report products and feedback through in-app reporting tools. We may review, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts that we believe violate these Terms, create risk for users, or are otherwise inappropriate for the Service.

We are not obligated to monitor all User Content, but we may do so to protect the Service and our community.

After you sign in to the web app, you may delete your account at any time from account settings.. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROTOGRAMS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content, including User Content or third-party tools, will be accurate or reliable.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROTOGRAMS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Updated” date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
